RTP Railfan Radio down for a while…
Looks like the laptop hard drive crashed so I have to decide whether to get a new (old) laptop or just try to repair my current one. The one I have is 9 years old so maybe I should get something a little newer….

Well it must be laptop related because he feed still went out. Going to debug more tonight.
Railfan Stream back up with new hardware…
Got the new wireless card in the laptop so we will see how that does. If that fails its back to de-bugging. The stream is back up, I need to update the website, but here is the direct address….

My new wifi usb connector should be showing up tomorrow. Hopefully this will fix my streaming problems, sorry for anyone wanting to listen.

Well, I have narrowed the stream issues down to the laptop. I connected my old router yesterday and the stream still went offline and it was cloudy and raining so I don’t think its a temperature issue. Possibly the wireless card is messed up or the laptop is messed up. I ordered a $10 wireless [...]
